About us & History

the company was initially owned and directed by the Hall family who owned property in Gippsland in 1925, the family sold their interest in Gippsland and acquired a large parcel of land in North Sunshine.


In the late 1920s the company entered into an agreement with the railways for the railways to construct a rail line from Sunshine station to the Albion station and this split the land into 2 sections.

The eastern section was from McIntyre road to the railways and the western section was from the railways to land adjoining a former quarry.

In 1926, the land titles office registered the plan of subdivision and the lots were sold but the roads were retained and are still retained by Glen Ora Estate.

In 1931, Glen Ora Estate Pty Ltd was deregistered as a company and in 2015 the Supreme Court of Victoria reinstated the company

The effect of the reinstatement was that the company was never deemed to be deregistered Commencing in 2015 to the current date, the company has engaged in engineers to prepare construction drawings to enable the above infrastructure to be developed on the land
